Lelaki hensem vs Lelaki Tak Hensem
Kalau lelaki handsome pendiam
Perempuan akan cakap:
woow, cool giler...
kalau lelaki tak handsome pendiam
Perempuan akan cakap:
eleh perasan bagus...
kalau lelaki handsome berbuat jahat
Perempuan akan kata:
nobody's perfect
kalau lelaki tak handsome berbuat jahat
perempuan akan cakap:
memang.... muka pun macam pecah rumah!
kalau lelaki handsome menolong perempuan yg diganggu,
perempuan akan cakap:
wah.. machonya.. macam hero filem!
kalau lelaki tak handsome menolong perempuan yang diganggu
Perempuan akan kata:
entah2 kawan dia...
kalau lelaki handsome dapat perempuan cantik,
perempuan akan kata:
sepadan sangat...
kalau lelaki tak handsome dapat perempuan cantik,
perempuan akan kata:
mesti kena bomoh perempuan tuh!
kalau lelaki handsome ditinggal kekasih,
perempuan akan kata:
jangan sedih, kan saya ada..
kalau lelaki tak handsome ditinggal kekasih,
perempuan akan kata:...
(terdiam, tapi telunjuknya meliuk-liuk dari atas ke bawah,
patutlah, tengok saja luarannya)...
kalau lelaki handsome penyayang binatang
perempuan akan cakap:
perasaannya halus...penuh kasih sayang
kalau lelaki tak handsome penyayang binatang
perempuan akan cakap:
sesama keluarga memang harus menyayangi...
kalau lelaki handsome bawa BMW
perempuan akan cakap:
matching... hebat luar dalam
kalau lelaki tak handsome bawa BMW
perempuan akan cakap:
bang, bosnya mana?...
kalau lelaki handsome tak mau bergambar
perempuan akan cakap:
pasti takut kalau2 gambarnya tersebar
kalau lelaki tak handsome tak mau bergambar
perempuan akan kata:
tak sanggup melihat hasilnya ya?...
kalau lelaki handsome menuang air ke gelas perempuan
perempuan akan cakap:
ini barulah lelaki gentlemen
kalau lelaki tak handsome menuang air ke gelas perempuan
perempuan akan cakap:
naluri pembantu, memang begitu....
kalau lelaki handsome bersedih hati
perempuan akan cakap:
let me be your shoulder to cry on
kalau lelaki tak handsome bersedih hati
perempuan akan kata:
kuat nangis!! lelaki ke bukan ni?
heheheheh......
The ladies will find this interesting
People are never satisfied
Men:
1. All men are extremely busy.
2. Although they are so busy, they still have timefor women.
3. Although they have time for women, they don'treally care for them.
4. Although they don't really care for them, theyalways have one around. (sooooooooooo true.....!!)
5. Although they always have one around them, theyalways try their luck with others.(sooooooo true..!!)
Women:
1. The most important thing for a woman is financial security.
2. Although this is so important, they still go out and buy expensive clothes and stuff.
3. Although they always buy expensive clothes, they never have something elegant to wear.
4. Although they never have something elegant to wear, they always dress beautifully.
5. Although they always dress beautifully, their clothes are always just 'an old rag'.
6. Although their clothes are always 'just an old rag', they still expect you to compliment them.
7. Although they expect you to compliment them, when you do, they don't believe you.
by the way... today is 09.09.09..... happy 999 everybody.....

best poem ever....
A WOMAN SHOULD HAVE...
enough money within her control to
move out and rent a place of her own,
even if she never wants to or needs to...
A WOMAN SHOULD HAVE ...
something perfect to wear if the employer,
or date of her dreams wants to see her in an hour...
A WOMAN SHOULD HAVE ..
a youth she's content to leave behind....
A WOMAN SHOULD HAVE ...
a past juicy enough that she's looking forward to retelling it in her old age....
A WOMAN SHOULD HAVE ..
a set of screwdrivers,
a cordless drill,
and a black lace bra...
A WOMAN SHOULD HAVE ...
one friend who always makes her laugh...
and one who lets her cry...
A WOMAN SHOULD HAVE ....
a good piece of furniture not previously
owned by anyone else in her family...
A WOMAN SHOULD HAVE ...
eight matching plates,
wine glasses with stems,
and a recipe for a meal,
that will make her guests feel honored...
A WOMAN SHOULD HAVE ...
a feeling of control over her destiny...
EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW...
how to fall in love without losing herself..
EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW...
how to quit a job,
break up with a lover,
and confront a friend without;
ruining the friendship...
EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW...
when to try harder...
and WHEN TO WALK AWAY...
EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW...
that she can't change the length of her calves,
the width of her hips,
or the nature of her parents..
EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW...
that her childhood may not have been perfect...
but its over...
EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW...
what she would and wouldn't do for love or more...
EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW...
how to live alone...
even if she doesn't like it...
EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW..
whom she can trust,
whom she can't,
and why she shouldn't take it personally...
EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW...
where to go...be it to her best friend's kitchen table...
or a charming inn in the woods...
when her soul needs soothing...
EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW...
what she can and can't accomplish in
a day...
a month...
and a year...

muscular pain
Muscular pain is usually the result of injury to the muscle, as in the case of a muscle pull, tear, or rupture. Other times, the muscular attachment to the bone (called the "tendon") becomes strained in a specific injury, or as the result of repetitive strain.
Repetitive strain to the muscle or tendon can be caused by poor sitting postures, repetitive motions, and improper lifting. When this happens usually people don't realize that when they feel muscular pain, the surrounding joints and nerves have also become affected.
Chiropractic care is so effective in treating muscular pain: because it is comprehensive care that addresses not only the muscles, but also the joints and their related spinal nerves. Chiropractic health care can include exercises, electrical muscle stimulation, ultrasound, and ice or heat therapy.
headaches
Headaches account for millions of doctor visits each year and are one of the most common reasons for absence from work.
Pain is one of the ways the body expresses that something is wrong a migraine headache is a vascular-type headache associated with changes in the size of the arteries inside and outside the brain.
Approxiamtely 28 million Americans suffer from migraines, with 13 million not beeing diagnosed most are women; 25 percent suffer four or more attacks a month.
Drugs only offer temporary pain relief doing nothing to correct the underlining cause.
A combination of chiropractic adjustments and nutritional and lifestyle changes can dramatically reduce the frequency and intensity of headaches. You will be active in your own care-this is essential in optimizing the care you receive.
neck pain
http://homeolive.com/Article_NeckPain.aspx
The chiropractic approach to neck pain is to locate the underlying cause. Special attention is given to the structure and function of the spine, and its affect on the nervous system.
Facet Joint Pain is the most common cause of chronic neck pain after a car accident.. It may occur alone or along with disc pain. Facet joint pain is usually located to the right or left of the center back of the neck. The area might be tender to the touch, and facet pain may be mistaken for muscle pain.
Disc Injury can also cause chronic neck pain. The disc allows motion of the neck, but at the same time keeps the neck from moving too much. The outer wall of the disc (called the anulus) can be torn by a whiplash injury. This usually heals, but in some people, the disc does not heal. In that case, it might get weaker and hurts when stressed during normal activities.
The pain comes from the nerve endings in the anulus. The disc is the major cause of chronic neck pain in about 25% of patients, and there can be both disc pain and facet pain in some people. Less often, a disc can herniate and push on a nerve. This usually causes more arm pain than neck pain.
Spinal nerves and the spinal cord can be compressed by a Herniated Disc or Bone Spur. This usually causes arm pain, but there can also be neck pain.
back pain
Sixty percent of adults suffer from back pain every year, and half of those can become chronic sufferers.
Back pain is often easily treated by suitably qualified physiotherapists, so it makes good sense to seek advice and treatment when you have a back problem. It can arise from joint, ligament, disc or muscle problems, often with several overlapping issues.
Back problems are usually caused by bad posture, poor lifting technique or lack of fitness, or results from a specific injury or overuse.
Other causes include inflammation, and rarer, more serious problems such as progressive diseases affecting bones and joints.
Physiotherapists are trained to carry out a comprehensive assessment to diagnose problems in the joints and soft tissues of the body.
Physiotherapy for back pain includes a wide range of treatments to relieve pain, promote relaxation and restore movement. They include manipulation, mobilisation and massage. Exercises are often used to mobilise stiff joints and tissues, increase general fitness, and to strengthen muscles which support the spine.

Cheongsam
The cheongsam is a body-hugging (modified in Shanghai) one-piece Chinese dress for women; the male version is the changshan. It is known in Chinese as the qípáo (旗袍), qípáor (旗袍儿), Wade-Giles ch'i-p'ao, and is also known in English as a mandarin gown. The stylish and often tight-fitting cheongsam or qipao (chipao) that is most often associated with today was created in the 1920s in Shanghai and was made fashionable by socialites and upperclass women.
malay kebaya
The Kebaya or more correctly kain-kebaya is the traditional blouse-dress combination worn by women in Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore, and some parts of Cambodia. It consists of a long-sleeve blouse sometimes made of sheer textile and worn with a batik skirt of uncut (kain panjang ) textile or sarong (fabric sewed to form a tube) which may also be other traditional textiles such as ikat, sumpat or songket. The kain-kebaya is indigenous to Indonesia and thus the National Costume of Indonesia, although more is accurately endemic to Central Java, spreading later to Sunda and Bali.
indian saree..
A sari or saree or shari is a female garment in the Indian Subcontinent. A sari is a strip of unstitched cloth, ranging from four to nine metres in length that is draped over the body in various styles. The most common style is for the sari to be wrapped around the waist, with one end then draped over the shoulder baring the midriff.
The sari is usually worn over a petticoat (pavada/pavadai in the south, and shaya in eastern India), with a blouse known as a choli or ravika forming the upper garment. The choli has short sleeves and a low neck and is usually cropped, and as such is particularly well-suited for wear in the sultry South Asian summers. Cholis may be "backless" or of a halter neck style. These are usually more dressy with a lot of embellishments such as mirrors or embroidery and may be worn on special occasions. Women in the armed forces, when wearing a sari uniform, don a half-sleeve shirt tucked in at the waist. The saree was born in both South and North India and is now a symbol for all of India.

ghosts chat
Laugh for the day...
Two ghosts met and both chat about how they died.
1st ghost : How u died?
2nd ghost : I died of cold.
1st ghost : How does it feel when you're dying in cold?
2nd ghost : Actually, I was accidentally locked in the refrigerator.
Initially, I was shivering, then my whole body started to freeze, later I felt the whole world was dark and I died suffocating.
1st ghost : Wow what a horrible way to die....
2nd ghost : How about you? How u die?
1st ghost : I died from heart attack.
2nd ghost : I see, why did u have a heart attack?
1st ghost : Actually, I found out that my wife is having an affair with another man.
One day, when I came back from work, saw a pair of man shoes outside my house. Then, I realized that the guy was in my house with my wife. When I rushed into the bedroom, my wife was alone.I must find where that Guy is hiding. So I searched the toilet, I ran downstairs, looked in the storeroom, but the Guy was not there. So, I ran upstairs and searched the wardrobe, but I found nothing.Because of all that running,I got a heart attack and died...
2nd ghost : Why you never look for the Guy in the fridge? The Guy was hiding there. We both might be alive now!!
